01 — THE NUMBERS
Years of hands-on engineering, alongside the agentic delivery practices I have put into use. The figures come from git history and pull-request records.
02 — HOW I DELIVER
I’ve implemented agentic workflows and the Verified Delivery Cycle (VDC) to help turn a clear scope into working software. I use agents to build and check work, bring in independent review where the change calls for it, run targeted tests, and verify the result people actually receive. I keep the design decisions and final judgment human.

I still design interfaces, make engineering decisions, and write code. The git history reflects years of that hands-on work.
Code total: cumulative additions across available repository histories, excluding duplicate snapshots, dependencies, build output and lockfiles. Median commit size comes from an earlier team benchmark.
05 — THE ROAD
Joined as the engineering lead of a BSP-licensed crypto exchange. Carried the platform through two generations, delivered the AFASA regulatory engineering program on deadline, and stood up a three-account AWS estate under BSP-approved outsourcing. In 2026, I turned the whole delivery model AI-augmented.
Wrote the majority of the platform: AngularJS front, Node.js and PostgreSQL back, deployed on AWS with ECS and CodePipeline.
Owned the interface end to end and crossed into Node.js on the backend.
Early AngularJS and React, back when picking a framework was a bet, not a default.
Designed interfaces in Photoshop and shipped them in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Learned that the pixel and the code belong to the same person.
